Are packing materials included in the price?
Packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and tape are included in the Family Move and Villa & Office packages. For the Studio Move package, materials can be added for an additional fee if needed.
Do you charge extra for furniture disassembly?
Basic disassembly and reassembly of beds, wardrobes, and tables is included in the Family Move and Villa & Office packages. For the Studio Move package, this service can be added on request.
Is there a deposit required to book a move?
We ask for a small deposit to confirm your moving date, with the remaining balance due on the day of service. This helps us allocate the right crew and vehicle for your relocation.
